The truth is that it is a marvel. At first I bought it thinking about muscle relaxation and being able to sleep a little better. What I didn't know is that this presentation reaches 310mg of elemental magnesium, which is only 90 mg below what is considered a therapeutic dose for the prevention of migraines, so the frequency of migraines decreased. On the downside, the powder does not dissolve well.
