I was looking at the different types of magnesium and in the end I opted for this one, it certainly does its job. I take it half an hour before going to sleep, half a scoop and a few minutes later I start to notice the heaviness and tiredness. I haven't been taking it for long but it's definitely a 10. The only downside is the dissolution.
Estaba mirando los distintos tipos de magnesio que hay y al final me decante por este, sin duda hace su función. Yo me lo tomo media hora antes de irme a dormir, medio cacito y a los pocos minutos ya se empieza a notar la pesadez y el cansancio. No llevo mucho tomándolo pero sin duda una 10. La única pega es la disolución.
