Utilizo magnesio desde hace muchos años, es fundamental para unas cuantas funciones en el cuerpo. El sabor no es neutro, tiene un regustillo que cuesta acostumbrarse, pero lo peor es que no se acaba de disolver bien, queda algo de poso en forma de pequeñas piedrecitas, que si te entra en la boca, te amarga mucho. Si lo tomas junto con un batido de mas cosas, quizás eso no sea un problema, pero si lo bebes en un vaso de agua no. No repetiré.

El magnesio, aunque se presente en forma de sales (como el citrato) que mejoran su solubilidad, no forma mezclas homogéneas con el agua, si no que se suspende, dejando las partículas "flotando" en el medio.
