Magnesium citrate powder

Excellent product but I don't like the presentation

The product is excellent but the packaging, as in other websites, I do not like. It is not at all practical to pick up from the bag.

Necessary for your good health

I use it daily with magnesium for the joints. After a long time it seems to be doing some function. Highly recommended!

Magnesium citrate powder

I would not recommend it

I haven't really noticed the difference, my energy remained low even when taking it regularly. Also it is not possible to mix it with water, its gritty texture remains intact, although that has more to do with the chemical composition of the magnesium, but it becomes very difficult to take.

Thank you for your opinion. Please note that Magnesium Citrate, by its nature, does not dissolve completely in water, it can always leave some sediment, but if it is stirred and taken fairly quickly it remains well in suspension. On the other hand, we cannot evaluate your energetic state since many variables are involved in this process. Best regards.

Not completely soluble

You lose product because it is not fully soluble. Maybe I'll try the capsules next time.

Magnesium citrate powder

Looks good

I haven't used it much yet but it seems to be effective against constipation when taken after eating. I have not noticed big changes in other aspects such as sleep although I will try to change by taking it at night. On the other hand the presentation is very satisfactory and the dosage dispenser is a nice touch. It goes down well without appreciating any change in taste. I have a good overall impression
