I use it for those days when I feel low in spirits and I need that push to face the day with more desire and the truth is that it is noticeable.

.
I have been shopping elsewhere for this same magnesium for much more money. This one has no additives and is what I was looking for. The amount they advise is much better for me than other brands.

Meets expectations
It is what it is. Tasteless but functional. I have been taking it at night and the truth is that I have felt that I sleep a little better. I will buy it again. I don't like the packaging, but hey, that allows it to have the good price it has.
