It does not contribute anything to me
I have not noticed anything in the workouts from taking it to not taking it, earthy texture if you dilute it in the water intra workout. Not to be missed.
Prescindible.

The pump the pump
Added to my home-made pre-workout, I think this element intensifies the pump even more!

Most effective form
I have tried various types of glycerol and I must say that this one is the most tolerated by my gut. Great absorption along with the amino acids!
Ottimo assorbimento insieme agli aminoacidi!

Ingested has not worked for me
It has not worked for me other than causing me brutal constipation. But I can use it to moisturize my skin when applied topically.
