They do their job, even if you take them at the same time as normal dairy. The price is reasonable and the packaging isn’t bad. The size of the tablets is a bit large for my liking, especially compared to others you can find on the market. The composition is fine, although they would be perfect if they avoided adding certain excipients and were just lactase, nothing more.
