I like
I really like these probiotics, they are very complete. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and only 1 a day. I combine it with Digenzyme and a multivitamin (+ a quality omega 3) and the truth is that I have noticed a great overall improvement in my health and energy.

Good concentration and procurement technology
I started taking this product because I have respiratory problems. It has given me more confidence than others because I understand that the technological conditions used to obtain capsules are less aggressive than the powder, therefore, the survival of bacteria will be higher. The concentration is also good, because to be effective you need a recommended dose of at least 5 billion colony forming units for at least 5 days (5 x 1000,000,000,000 CFU / day). But I still have to wait to see the results.
Empecé a tomar este producto porque tengo problemas respiratorios. Me ha dado más confianza que otros porque tengo entendido que las condiciones tecnológicas empleadas para la obtención de cápsulas son menos agresivas que el polvo, por tanto, la supervivencia de las bacterias será más alta. la concentración también es buena, porque para ser efectivo se necesita s recomendada una dosis de al menos 5 mil millones de unidades formadoras de colonias durante mínimo 5 días (5 x 1000.000.000 UFC / día). Pero aun tengo que esperar para ver los resultados.
