How to prevent well

I guess as a prevention it is good, as a treatment the presentation is a bit small. I suffer from bowel problems and tried it as an alternative to drugstore brands but had to go back to them because this product did not help me.

Supongo que como prevención bien, como tratamiento es algo pequeña la presentación. Sufro de problemas de intestino y lo probé como alternativa a las marcas de farmacias pero tuve que volver a ellas pues este producto no me ayudaba.
