I am so happy! I could not tolerate oatmeal. My digestion was absolutely horrible. I tried rice flour and it felt pretty good. But the hydrolyzed one is even better for me. The price is a bit high, but it's a marvel. I usually add 75% hydrolyzed rice flour and 25% rice flour, to make the cost of the shake a little cheaper. But with banana, peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, honey, cocoa powder, hydrolyzed protein and almond milk, the shake is spectacular and 0 intestinal discomfort.

Su precio es algo alto, pero es una maravilla. Generalmente añado 75% harina de arroz hidrolizada y 25% harina de arroz, para abaratar un poco el coste del batido. Pero con plátano, crema de cacahuete, nueces, yogur, miel, cacao en polvo, proteína hidrolizada y leche de almendras, el batido queda espectacular y 0 molestias intestinales.
