Now with this product, which I take before training, I don't feel any heaviness in my stomach and it digests perfectly. I have noticed how my workouts have improved. I would improve the taste as it has a burnt aftertaste. It dissolves perfectly, good texture for shaker.

Suelo hacer deporte a primera hora de la mañana, en ayunas al despertarme no me entra nada en el cuerpo, si acaso un café. Ahora con este producto, que tomo antes de entrenar, no noto nada de pesadez en el estomago y se digiere perfectamente. He notado como mis entrenos han mejorado. I chose this alternative to increase my calorie intake easily, so I have protein on one side and rice on the other.
