Being from guissnte it has enough amino acids, but it is a little low in tryptophan and some more, like all vegetable proteins, it is good to complete with EAAS. I ordered neutral flavor because I'm used to it and I'm not interested in sweeteners, flavorings, etc., but at the beginning I was quite disgusted by the taste.
Al ser de guissnte tiene bastantes aminoácidos, pero es un poco baja en triptófano y alguno más, como todas las proteínas vegetales, combiene completar con EAA'S. He pedido sabor neutro porque ya estoy acostumbrado y no me interesan los edulcorantes, saborizantes, etc, pero al principio a mí me daba bastante asco el sabor.
