I really like this supplement. I take it along with some magnesium (it would be nice if they brought out a joint one) because they tend to be minerals that we are always deficient in even if we eat healthy. I do take 2 or 3 capsules a day, but a little more concentration per capsule would be nice. They are small and easy to swallow.

Yo lo tomo junto con alguno de magnesio (estaría bien que sacasen uno conjunto) porque suelen ser minerales de los que siempre estamos deficientes aunque comamos saludable.
