They are very small and easy to swallow. I bought them for my kidneys as I was at risk of kidney stones and this helps to dilute the excess oxalate in the urine. Happy with the dosage it has. Although I preferred to buy it in powder form but it was out of stock.

I have been taking magnesium citrate for many years. HSN is a brand that gives me a lot of confidence and I have been with them for years and I am very happy with everything I buy from them. Magnesium is great for me to rest and these are very effective. The capsules are a little big but nothing to do with the tablets of other pills.
