Slightly large tablet
The pill is a little big, but I take it at night before bedtime along with melatonin and fine.

Useful
Useful for eliminating those salt residues that are sometimes ingested in excess in the modern diet. I recommend using along with magnesium citrate and they go great to help regulate blood pressure.

Excellent price
I bought two bottles of 240 tablets for 8 euros (there was a promotion) and with that I practically have enough for the whole year. A mineral that is often undervalued, I suffer from calf cramps and it has helped me.

I love it
It is an unflavored supplement. In small capsules. A very good price and helps to avoid possible stones after taking vitamin C. Also, since I have been taking it every day I no longer have leg cramps. It does not hurt my stomach. I recommend it.

Well
Good product although I think where you really see if it works is in the long term. In the short term you don't notice the effect.
