I advise starting small
The taste is decent, although I'm not much of a coffee person myself. It has a texture and taste like coffee with milk or bulletproof coffee. It does the job pretty well, there are only two things I don't like. First, it has a texture that feels a bit scratchy/grainy in my throat when swallowing. Second, the first time I took it, I used a whole dose and it gave me a rather unpleasant tummy ache, so I recommend starting with a third of the recommended dose and going up little by little to avoid stomach upset.
El sabor es decente, aunque yo tampoco soy una persona muy cafetera. Tiene textura y gusto como de café con leche o café bulletproof. Cumple bastante bien su cometido, solo hay dos cosas que no me gustan. Primero, tiene una textura que me resulta un poco rasposa/granulosa en la garganta al tragar. Segundo, la primera vez que lo tomé, usé una dosis entera y me dio un dolor de barriga bastante desagradable, así que recomiendo comenzar con un tercio de la dosis recomendada e ir subiendo poco a poco para evitar malestar estomacal.
