Spectacular
Spectacular combination. The day I tried this intra-workout I noticed it immediately. I arrive much better to the long series, even staying more serene and with better technique. This must be due to the citrulline. On the other hand, glutamine and bcaa also help with stiffness, recovery and avoid catabolism. And the blackcurrant flavor is to die for. Personally I mix it with some essentials, salts and caffeine for intra workout (I don't like to put carbs) and it's a real marvel. 10/10 ta weno, buy it.
Combinación espectacular. El día que probé este intra-entreno lo noté inmediatamente. Llego mucho mejor a las series largas, incluso manteniéndome más sereno y con mejor técnica. Esto debe ser debido a la citrulina.
Por otro lado la glutamina y los bcaa ayudan también con agujetas, recuperación y evitar catabolismo.
Y el sabor grosella negra está de muerte.
Personalmente yo lo mezclo con algo de esenciales, sales y cafeína para el intra entreno (no me gusta meter carbs) y es una auténtica maravilla.
10/10 ta weno, cómpralo.

I love the taste
I have been wanting to try this flavor (blackcurrant) for a long time and the truth is that it has surprised me, I still remember how years ago drinking bcca was difficult because of the bad taste and today it is a pleasure because of how good it tastes.
