Helps me to recover

I use it on the recommendation of a friend. I was skeptical about its benefit in recovering better post leg day. I take it 20g of bcca for two days after training. I arrive better recovered for the following week. Black currant flavor is my favorite with a little salt.

Correct

Dissolves well, intense flavor, fulfills its function. I will try other flavors, very strong watermelon flavor. It would be necessary to start thinking about looking for other types of packaging, it is difficult to close once opened.

EvoBCAA's complex powder

Very good option

For me, finding a supplement that dissolves well and has a pleasant aroma is key, although I admit that I prioritize function over taste. Opting for the apple variant with its mildness in mind was a wise choice, as I prefer something more subtle in that regard. I combine it with caffeine before training and find that it helps me maintain my performance.

Watermelon flavor

I take it 20 minutes before training with caffeine and it helps me to finish my workouts with dignity, knowing that I keep my muscle mass without catabolizing for a couple of hours.

Good product at a good price

It dissolves well, more aroma than flavor, but I precisely chose apple thinking that it would have a mild flavor and so it is, anyway for me the flavor is the least of it, in fact I would prefer a lowering in exchange for the withdrawal of the flavor. As for the effect, I can't say for sure since I've only taken it for a couple of days.

One of the best recuperators I have ever taken, the watermelon flavor is very refreshing and dilutes very well.
