The unflavored sample came as a gift. I bought the lemon flavored one once to try and, although it wasn't bad, I prefer to buy the products separately and I put the quantities of the intra-workout myself.

I usually use it both for intra-workout and post-workout for muscle recovery, giving a contribution of carbohydrates to the muscle. I recommend the watermelon flavor, as it is sweet and smooth.
