I tried it with a sample sachet that was given to me with my order, so to rate the effectiveness would be unrealistic. But talking about the taste may be helpful to people. My sachet was apple flavored and I personally quite liked the apple flavor. Very similar to typical apple juices, but it does leave you with a pretty sweet aftertaste. But taste-wise, fine.

Good product lemon flavor
I use it during my workouts and it helps me maintain endurance. I have only tried the lemon flavor and I love it, it is not too sweet and does not make lumps but it does foam a little when mixing (let it sit for a few minutes and it disappears).
