Convenient and useful product
Great mix of ingredients and very convenient as it is already all together. Tried all the disposable sachets and as flavors I liked all of them, some more and some less but still none nauseating. They all make themselves drinkable ;)

Good pre-workout.
Very good product to use during training, I use it on days of long runs and it works for me. As for the taste, it is fine, the only downside I find is the packaging that could be a screw bottle because the bag that brings at the end does not close well.
Muy buen producto para utilizar durante el entrenamiento yo lo utilizo en los días de rodajes largos y me funciona. En cuanto al sabor, está bien, la única pega que le encuentro es el envase que podría ser un bote con rosca ya que la bolsa que trae al final no cierra bien.

I tried the mono dose of cola, I don't know its effects but at least the taste was very very good. I recommend trying it as a gift for protests or whatever.
