Flavor: blue raspberry. I was looking for electrolytes for summer crossfit sessions because you sweat a lot and you feel that with water you don't get hydrated and you lose performance. It is effective because, in my case, I have noticed an increase in the duration of my performance during the 2h sessions, which did not happen by drinking only water. I highly recommend it for intense sessions of more than 1 hour, whatever your sport.

Buscaba electrolitos para las sesiones de crossfit en verano ya que se suda mucho y sientes que con el agua no acabas de hidratarte, además de perder rendimiento.
Es efectivo ya que, en mi caso, he notado un incremento en la duración de mi rendimiento durante las sesiones de 2h, cosa que no ocurría bebiendo solo agua.
Lo recomiendo mucho para sesiones intensas de más de 1 hora sea cual sea tu deporte.
