It doesn't seem to cause me gastric discomfort, my problem is gels or solids in the race... I have a high proportion of carbs & amino acids and electrolytes.

I am very sensitive to my stomach. This one works well for me but the sis is the one that works best for me. sis is also more expensive and contains too much sugar.
