I took it for periods of high stress and anxiety, and it works for me. Apart from other associated benefits of the plant. In my case it goes well combined with magnesium and melatonin. Nothing is magic or nothing is for everyone, but in my case and that of a friend, we have noticed a great improvement in mental clarity, I also felt more connected at the nervous system level when training heavy. According to studies it is already known to reduce anxiety and stress by 60 and 30 percent approximately, it is not a surprise and in my case despite believing that I did not suffer from it, this improvement makes me believe that there could be something, I have a clearer mind and I no longer think of 10 things at once. As I say, everyone is different, but in my case it has not been really useful for several people.
