Ashwagandha (40:1) extract Shoden® 240mg

Very efficient

Subtle dietary supplement, do not expect to feel effects from the first day, it is something that is taken over the long term, but in the long run, it is formidable to promote quality sleep!

Looking for relaxation

I take it along with melotime for rest to see if it helps me. But the truth is that I have noticed little.

Ashwagandha (40:1) extract Shoden® 240mg

I have yet to evaluate in the long run

Price quality definitely great, packaging as always perfect, as for the efficacy I have to wait for a longer period of intake to actually evaluate, but lashwagandha is of sure and proven efficacy so I don't see why it shouldn't work! I will be taking it during these months for the change of season and the beginning of heavier workouts.

Excellent product

I found this product to be very good. As soon as I started taking it I noticed great changes in my stress levels. However, it produced a little allergy in my body and I stopped taking it. I will take it again in a few months to see if it still has that effect.
