Mild flavor (strawberry and cream) and perfect, adjustable texture. I often use Skyr or Quark to add even more protein. Good protein-for-price ratio that you only find in white brands but with more flavors. Casein, milk proteins and whey make the perfect mix of short- and long-digesting proteins.
