I love
My favorite is without a doubt porridge, every time I place an order it has to be in my shopping cart.

Good option
Good option to ingest protein in a different way. I was expecting maybe a little more from the cheesecake and speculoos flavors.

More satiating than milkshake
It is tasty and more satisfying than a milkshake. I've tried speculoos cinnamon and pineapple. The pineapple one was a little less successful. The first two are very tasty.
He probado rol de canela speculoos y piña. El de piña algo menos conseguido. Los primeros dos muy ricos.

Exquisite flavor
Fantastic taste. This is the first time I've tried it. It came as a sample with my usual purchase. I don't usually risk with new flavors but I loved this one. It satisfies and replaces any meal. 100% recommendable.
Sacia y sustituye cualquier comida . Recomendable al 100%.

Protein pudding
It is very good. It's like making your own supermarket yogurt. I add a spoonful and 200 ml of milk and it comes out like a healthy pudding. No added sugars or fats. It can also be used to make desserts, any kind that has chocolate mousse in the recipe. I recommend it, it hooks you.

Satiating
Lotus flavor is tasty but does not taste exactly like the cookie. Delicious dessert that comes very well to have something sweet and without remorse. It is very satiating.

A matter of taste
It has some good values, but I personally didn't like the taste or texture at all. Mine was lemon tart. I will try another flavor.

Good snack
I bought the speculoos (lotus) flavor, I love it for a mid-afternoon snack, and it has a lot of protein.

My favorite breakfast
The chocolate flavor is very good, I add half a spoonful of 0% chocolate and it's even better. Coffee with milk is also good, the rest of the flavors I've tried I don't really like.
