Honestly, it's really good—a great dessert and a great base for ice cream if you add xanthan gum and take it out every 30 minutes to stir it to prevent crystallization. Highly recommended.

De primeras no le pillé el sabor a queso, solo a frutos del bosque; en pruebas posteriores ya se lo acabé pillando. Sinceramente súper bueno, muy buen postre y buena base para helados si añades xantana y sacas cada 30min y remueves para evitar cristalización. Recomendable.
