Fairly complete

Ideal format, they are easy to take and although I have only tested one bottle, as it is something natural, it takes time to notice the effect, although the truth is that it has some effect.

Great

I take it before training. It gives an extra boost of energy, it's not the same as caffeine but it's good.

Ideal definition

Product with a great composition without stimulants. Obviously it is necessary to accompany it with a good diet but the results are noticeable.
