I don't know if it is effective or not because when I have incorporated it into my diet I have done so along with a low calorie diet and exercise, but the composition is very good and it can also be taken at night without interfering with sleep.

I have been buying it for several years for definition and it goes perfect combined with synephrine. It definitely works. If taken on an empty stomach it can cause a weird feeling in the stomach because of the capsaicin, but nothing that does not prevent exercise.
