The capsule has no odor, although it is large it is swallowed without difficulty but unfortunately for me it is heavy to digest, I have to take it during meals and not at the end but despite this it comes back to me for many hours, I have to invent a method of taking it that does not bother me. La capsula non ha nessun odore, pur essendo grande si ingerisce senza difficoltà ma purtroppo per me è pesante da digerire, devo assumerla durante i pasti e non alla fine ma nonostante questo mi rinviene per molte ore, devo inventarmi un metodo di assunzione che non mi dia fastidio. Fra un po' di tempo potrò recensire sulla sua efficacia, ora sono pochi gg che lo assumo.
