Isotonic with good formula
I ordered this product to use as a pre- and intra-workout isotonic. Waiting to see if I notice a difference with other types of isotonics, but it seems like a very good combination.

For intense training
Good energy supply for when you go out on the bike for a long ride and you see that things are starting to get sluggish. Easy to dilute and very good taste.

Perfect for long training sessions
I love it for higher volume CrossFit workouts, the orange flavor is the one I like the most.

Good for mtb
I'm starting with the bike and I do routes of between 2 and 3 hours, it gives me what water alone does not get and I improve more and more, I will not miss and less in summer.

Sweet flavor
At first I had a little trouble with the taste, but I'm used to it now. Waiting to see if I notice a difference with other types of pre workouts, but it seems like a good combination.

Watermelon flavor is very tasty
Very good watermelon flavor, it seems that you are taking jelly beans. As for the positive effect on training, I have to say that I have noticed it quite a lot and that it is easy to take.
