Essential

Fruit punch the best; the really important thing is that it works perfectly and provides the necessary nutrients and energy for demanding routes. Basic in my background routes.

A product for when you are a little sluggish when training.

The flavor (currant) single dose is fine to mix with water, but I did not particularly notice anything in training. Personally it did not give me an extra energy boost, possibly another day if I do.

Good product

The watermelon flavor is very good and refreshing. Quite satiating. The perfect complement to drink while training if you need something more than just water.

El sabor sandía muy bueno y refrescante. Bastante saciante.

To be repeated

I liked the taste and the sensation during training. I'll definitely take it again as a pre-workout and intra-workout.

Good energy supply

I use it for the last days of the week when it is more difficult for me to get through my training. Best to start taking it 30min-1h before training. The taste is good but maybe too strong for my taste.

Well

My brother tried it for a leg workout by swapping it for the monster he usually takes, he said it was fine and it was also very good.
