Energy boost for training
I take two scoops in a glass, Watermelon flavor before and during training and I notice that I have more energy. I don't recommend taking it after mid-afternoon because I have trouble sleeping afterwards. As an improvement, I buy single doses to take with me on trips but I can take it several times, so I would put a zip format to be able to close it again.
Yo me tomo dos cucharadas en un vaso, sabor Watermelon antes y durante el entreno y noto que aguanto con más energía. No recomiendo tomarlo a partir de media tarde ya que luego me ha costado conciliar el sueño.
Como mejora, compro monodosis para llevármelas de viaje pero me da para varias veces, por lo que pondría un formato de zip para poder volver a cerrarlo.
