Efficiency

I have been using it for 3 days and I assure you that from the first day I have noticed it, yes, it tastes like lightning, I take it at night along with melatonin, rest assured.

Llevo 3 días consumiendo y os aseguro que desde el primer día lo he notado, eso sí, sabe a rayos, me lo tomo por la noche junto con la melatonina, descanso asegurado.

Very good

I bought it loose because it was cheaper than in capsules, but the first time I almost got a bit sick because of the taste, but soon you get used to it.

Lo compré suelto porque era más barato que en cápsulas pero la primera vez casi me da algo por el sabor pero en seguida uno se acostumbra.

Highly bioavailable form of magnesium without digestive discomfort.

Magnesium bisglycinate powder is one of the best forms of magnesium I have tried. It dissolves well, has a neutral taste and does not cause intestinal discomfort like other variants. I take it at night and notice better rest and less cramps. Very good option to maintain good magnesium levels.

El bisglicinato de magnesio en polvo es de las mejores formas de magnesio que he probado. Se disuelve bien, tiene sabor neutro y no causa molestias intestinales como otras variantes. Lo tomo por la noche y noto mejor descanso y menos calambres. Muy buena opción para mantener buenos niveles de magnesio.

The best magnesium

I started trying citrate but switched to bisglycinate and the results were not long in coming due to its greater absorption. I sleep better, more rested and with less anxiety and nerves.

Empece probando el citrato pero me cambie a bisglicinato y los resultados no se hicieron esperar debido a su mayor absorción. Duermo mejor, mas descansado y con menos ansiedad y nervios.

The taste is very strong and unpleasant

It does not indicate the taste although it is unpleasant and particular, I am looking for a neutral taste. I do not recommend this flavor.

No indica el sabor aunque es desagradable y particular, estoy buscando un sabor neutro. No recomiendo este sabor.
