It’s a really good product. Since it’s a powder, it’s absorbed more quickly in the stomach, so I take it after dinner, about an hour before bed. I don’t mind the taste.

Great and effective

The taste is terrible, but it really works. I take 3 g in the evening before bed, and I’ve now reduced the dose to 2.5. I’ll buy it again. I’m not a fan of these resealable pouches, and whenever I can, I transfer the contents to a plastic or glass jar. I imagine the packaging helps keep costs down, though, so that’s fine.

Il sapore è terribile a l'efficacia è senza compromessi. Ne prendo 3gr la sera prima di andare a dormire ed ora ne ho abbassato il dosaggio a 2,5. Lo ricomprerò. Non sono un amante di questi packaging che si chiudono con la striscia ad incastro e difatti quando posso sposto il contenuto in un barattolo di plastica o vetro, ma immagino che il tutto serva a contenerne i costi quindi va bene così.

Super effective product, but they should change the measuring scoop. It only has markings (which are hard to see) at 1, 2.5 and 5, while the recommended daily dose is 3 (or 2 measures of 1.5). With a scoop marked at 1.5, for example, you'd know that 1 or 2 scoops would give you the dose you want.

Producto súper efectivo pero el dosificador lo deberían cambiar, ya q solo tiene marcas (difíciles de ver) en 1, 2.5 y 5 y la dosis diaria recomendada es de 3 (o dos de 1,5). Con un dosificador por ejemplo de 1,5 sabrías que con uno o dos cacitos tendrías la dosis deseada.
