Great combination with 5-htp

I take this supplement because it was recommended to me for a better rest and a better recovery after a training session. Actually after several months of use I can say that I rest better than before taking it, with a sport rhythm similar to before taking it and I wake up more recovered, and maybe it can be placebo or not the 5-HTP, because I created two batches of 100 capsules, one with 5-HTP and one without 5-HTP and I mixed them all together, but taking 2 or 3 capsules at night I have noticed that I sleep better, my mood has increased a little and therefore I have more motivation to do physical activity every day and start exercising (I am a student) with better predisposition than before taking magnesium or magnesium + 5-HTP.

Tomo este suplemento ya que me lo recomendaron para un mejor descanso y una mejor recuperación después de una sesión de entrenamiento. Realmente después de varios meses de uso puedo decir que descanso mejor que antes de tomarlo, con un ritmo de deporte similar a antes de tomarlo y me levanto más recuperado, e igual puede ser placebo o no el 5-HTP, porque creé dos tandas de 100 capsulas, una con 5-HTP y otra sin 5-HTP y las mezclé todas juntas, pero tomando 2 o 3 cápsulas por la noche he notado que duermo mejor, mi ánimo ha aumentado un poco y por consiguiente tengo mayor motivación para hacer actividad física a diario y ponerme a hacer ejercicios (soy estudiante) con mejor predisposición que antes de tomar el magnesio o magnesio + 5-HTP.

A versatile nutrient

I recommend it, for its versatility in the multiple chemical reactions in which it influences, especially if you lead an active life and you are an athlete, it can be optimal an extra supply of magnesium that can give you a healthy diet. In this case, being bisglycinate it has some differences with citrate in terms of properties which I will not go into in depth (they are somewhat different), finding it in powder form has been exceptional. Of course, it has a slight flavor unlike citrate which is totally tasteless.

Lo recomiendo, por su versatilidad en las múltiples reacciones químicas en las que influye, más si llevas una vida activa y eres deportista, puede ser óptimo un aporte extra de magnesio al que te puede dar una dieta sana. En este caso, siendo bisglicinato tiene algunas diferencias con el citrato en tema propiedades las cuales no voy a profundizar (son algo diferentes), encontrarlo en formato polvo ha sido excepcional. Eso sí, tiene un ligero sabor al contrario al citrato que es totalmente insípido.

I usually consume magnesium citrate and I decided to try magnesium bisglycinate because it is said to be better absorbed, but I have not noticed any difference with respect to citrate nor do I notice that it is more effective.
