The taste isn’t for me. I’ve tried taking it in different ways, but I just can’t get on with it. My partner is taking it too, and it’s a really good product—he just handles the taste better. So I’m switching to the tablet format without a second thought.

The effects are positive, just what I expected. Despite being bisglycinate, it still has the laxative effect of magnesium. The taste is pretty bad too, but I knew it would be. I recommend taking it in capsules.

This form of magnesium is absorbed really well, but choosing the powder was a mistake. It has an unbearable metallic, acidic taste. Next time I’ll buy the tablets.

Good product if you're not too fussy about flavours

It really does what it’s supposed to do. Take it at night and you’ll feel more relaxed, calmer and ready for sleep. The price is great because it comes in powder form, making it better value than the tablets. The big downside, though, is the taste. Mixed with just water, it has a metallic taste that’s hard to swallow. I tried masking it with sweetener, but no luck.

Realmente es un producto que cumple muy bien su función, si te lo tomas por la noche vas a notar más relajación, calma y ganas de dormir. El precio es muy bueno al ser en polvo, supera a su versión en pastillas en ese aspecto. Ahora bien, la gran pega es el sabor. Mezclado con agua sólo, tiene un sabor como a metálico difícil de tragar. Intenté disimularlo con edulcorante pero que va.
