I took it for a Hypertrophy training 30 minutes before and it worked quite well. It had quite an effect on me and I was like a motorcycle. I noticed that it cost me less to throw less weight and less fatigue. Placebo effect or self-suggestion? I'm not saying no, but in principle I would say that it is useful. Noté que me costaba menos tirar menos peso y con menos fatiga. ¿Efecto placebo o sugestión propia? No te digo que no, pero en principio yo diría que sí es útil. Obviamente sólo para entrenos puntuales, no para diario.
