A recommended pre-workout, I noticed more energy and concentration. I am a person who is used to drinking a lot of coffee and I have noticed it. I have only been using this product for two days and the truth is that I have noticed that my workouts have been much better than before. You notice that you have much more energy, you can train harder and you get much less tired. It has an orange flavor and I take it with orange juice.

I just tried it for a leg workout and I noticed it a lot. I don't know if a person who is more adapted to this type of product will have a higher tolerance and won't notice it as much but for me the effect has been very significant.
