Too much for me

I took it for the first time and ended up in the emergency room because of the itching caused by the beta alanine it contains. I never took it again. I recommend taking less than the recommended dose to try it.

Great but it's always out of stock

I found it complete and effective, but after ordering it twice I could no longer see it available!

Energy

Energy boost before training. It is true that at least in my case I don't notice it much, but it provides something. The taste is good.

Cash

I train in the evenings after a long day of work and it is very effective when I have hardly any energy left, so much so that I can't sleep afterwards.
