Good intra-workout
Good supplement to take while training, the effect is noticeable from the first sip. It dissolves perfectly even in very cold water. The taste, red fruits, maybe too sweet for me, but very rich and very pleasant to the palate.

A sport like soccer needs a fast-acting supplement that lasts for 90 minutes. I found the product very effective, but I think scientists could improve the flavor. I bought lemon and it tastes bad!
