It's a typical pill organizer, it works great for me. It's sturdy and with large compartments. I can fit 2 capsules and one of them is the Omega 3 which is considerably large. The only drawback I’d point out is that at least mine the main closure wobbles and I’ve dropped it twice already. But where the capsules go it's perfect.
