Wonderful natural anti-inflammatory
I started taking it for its anti-inflammatory action looking for improvement in my menstrual symptoms. I took it for 15 days in a row morning and night and when my period came it was much milder than it usually is. During those days I only needed to take 1 ibuprofen as an aid to the intake of turmeric, when normally I need ibuprofen or naproxen every 8 hours.
Comencé a tomarla por su acción antiinflamatoria buscando mejoría en mis síntomas menstruales. La tomé durante 15 días seguidos mañana y noche y cuando llegó la menstruación fue mucho más suave de lo que suele ser. Durante esos días únicamente necesité tomar 1 ibuprofeno como ayuda a la ingesta de cúrcuma, cuando lo normal es que necesite ibuprofeno o naproxeno cada 8h.
