I will repeat
For breakfast rice instead of oatmeal or wheat, it is perfect. The only downside is that the package, because of its shape, makes it very difficult to pick up the flour from the bottom with the scoop: the fold makes it stay there unless you tip it over. Otherwise, highly recommended after trying several flavors. I will repeat.

Great
I tried the custard and speculoos flavor in the previous order and it left me wanting more! They have already become a classic in my orders. Perfect taste and digestion.

Flavor-texture
Specoloos: Intense flavor, as if you were eating a lotus cookie Vanilla: Mild flavor, it does not have the typical bitter, chemical vanilla flavor Chocolate-Cookie: Similar to ajoy chips Chocolate - peanut: peanut butter flavor with a touch of chocolate. The texture is brutal, mix slowly with water or almond milk until it becomes a cream...
