I used to take the other similar product ULTRA OMEGA 3 HSN and I decided to try this new product certified by IFOS which guarantees a quality control and the price is more expensive but it is worth it. The best anti-inflammatory there is, it regulates cholesterol and is a good heart valve cleaner hehe. I recommend it
