I am affected by caffeine and I thought that as it is gradual release I would not feel a peak or give me anxiety, but mistake, the potato to a thousand and all day at 1000 per hour, better if the presentation were tablets (to be able to split them) or other less concentrated presentation. If you are not nervous about coffee, it is certainly great.
