I am affected by caffeine and I thought that as it is gradual release I would not feel a peak or give me anxiety, but mistake, the potato to a thousand and all day at 1000 per hour, better if the presentation were tablets (to be able to split them) or other less concentrated presentation. If you are not nervous about coffee, it is certainly great.

Me afecta la cafeína y pensé que al ser de liberación gradual no sentiria un pico ni me daría ansiedad, pero error, la patata a mil y todo el dia a 1000 por hora, mejor si la presentación fueran comprimidos ( para poderlos partir) o otra presentación menos concentrada. Si no te pone nervioso el café, sin duda es genial
