Great option
I think it is an excellent product, but for it to be effective it is true that it has to be accompanied by caffeine before training and obviously combine it with caloric deficit, it does not work miracles. It does help and it is effective. It has no taste and the pills can be swallowed (there are other products that are huge). These are great in size.
Me parece un producto excelente, pero para que sea eficaz sí es cierto que tiene que ir acompañado de cafeína antes del entrenamiento y evidentemente compaginar con déficit calórico, milagros no hace. Si ayuda y es efectivo. No tiene sabor y las pastillas se pueden tragar (hay otros productos que son enormes). Éstas están genial de tamaño.
