Good product

I have been taking a fasting pill for 2 months and the truth is that I feel very good. I could not guarantee a big weight loss but I keep without making great efforts with food. I combine it with intermittent fasting in the afternoon until breakfast time, which is when I take it and it feels pretty good. I encourage you to try it.

Llevo tomando 2 meses un pastilla en ayunas y la verdad es que me noto muy bien. No podría garantizar una pérdida de peso grande pero me mantengo sin hacer grandes esfuerzos con la comida. Lo combino con ayuno intermitente por la tarde hasta la hora del desayuno, que es cuando me la tomo y me sienta bastante bien. Animo a probarla.

Good product, you can combine it with other burners. Where I notice it most in intense strength exercises. Let's say it is a must along with L-carnitine.

Great product

Another one I can't miss on the shelf. Great burner, I take it an hour or so before training. With a good diet and intense strength exercise it works perfectly.

Otro que no puede faltarme en la estantería. Gran quemador, lo tomo una hora antes o así de entrenar. Con una buena alimentación y ejercicio de fuerza intenso funciona a la perfección.

It helps to lose fat along with exercise, it is not miraculous but it helps, easy to take, tasteless since it is in capsules.

I took it at a complicated time of taking medication that made me put on weight, so it didn't really help me much. Maybe I'll give it another try later on.
