I think it is an excellent product, but for it to be effective it is true that it has to be accompanied by caffeine before training and obviously combine it with caloric deficit, it does not work miracles. It does help and it is effective. It has no taste and the pills can be swallowed (there are other products that are huge). These are great in size.

Si ayuda y es efectivo. No tiene sabor y las pastillas se pueden tragar (hay otros productos que son enormes). Éstas están genial de tamaño.
