Surprised

I was wary of this product but after taking it regularly it is noticeable. Very good when you are in definition. It helps to take away the appetite and to lose weight.

With a protein diet of 2 gr of protein x kg of weight one on an empty stomach goes great....in a month its effects are noticeable at least in my case.
