I don't notice any particular effect. If the evidence says it works I simply hope it really does. It smells a bit bad but I don't think anything can be done about it.

Good

It works quite well, with a fasting intake, it helps in the definition stage and the pills are not as big as other products, easy to take for those people who find it difficult to take products in pills.

I don't notice much of an effect

Easy to take, but I don't notice much effect during exercise, although I don't know if the effect is really that noticeable.
